Dylan Kee

Dylan has always had a keen interest in health and fitness and studies Exercise Science at Ballarat Uni and competed Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness with AIPT.


Darcy DahlstormDarcy has trained in various martial arts since he was 10 years of age with a keen interest in Boxing, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jujitsu, Freestyle wrestling and Judo. He also has extensive knowledge and training in strength and conditioning.

Michael MacFarlaneMichael is a former Australian Rules footballer, having played for Frankston (VFL), South Barwon & St Albans (GFL) and Torquay (BFL)  where he was co-coach.His career accomplishments include; VFL Best First Year player, Vic Country representative, GFL Premiership, GFL interleague representative,  Interleague Best Player, GFL Team of the Year and Best & Fairest winner.

Michael MacFarlane is a performance driven professional with over 2 decades of experience, knowledge and expertise in the Health & Fitness industry. His career has taken him and his clients all over the world.

He has a rich and varied clientele which includes:

People looking to improve their general health, fitness and wellbeing.

Corporate companies looking to implement fitness programs for their employees.

Strength & Conditioning departments of AFL and NRL clubs.

Michael strives to create a community where camaraderie is paramount, whilst also providing avid adventurers with the strength and skills to crush their bucket list goals.

Nigel Winters

Nigel enjoys working with his clients to gain a better understanding of their goals, whether it's burning fat or gaining muscle mass.

Nigel believes in tailoring and devising customised exercise plans for his clients based on their goals. These plans typically include aholistic view including diet, cardiovascular and weight lifting exercises.
