Boxing Training/Technique


Our boxing classes our run by State, National & Commonwealth Boxing Champion Mick O’Malley, or by one of our instructors who has been taught and skilled by Mick. Technique is a huge emphasis in our boxing training for both injury prevention and intensity and we pride ourselves on this instruction.
 

Boxing training is a full body workout that is safe, intense and highly enjoyable. It is also a great workout for all fitness levels. As qualified boxing instructors, we can assist you in working your way up to a high level of fitness without ever getting hit! For the more serious boxing client we can teach you the correct technique in relation to the offensive and defensive side of the sport. We provide all the equipment necessary so all you have to do is turn up and give it your best!
